There are studies that have been done that say whenever a Whole Foods Market opens in a neighborhood, real estate values increase. We don’t buy it.
Whole Foods does a ton of market research before opening a new location. They already know whether there is a client base in the neighborhood. They also know if a location will open them up to a new or expanded client base.
That said, there’s something about choosing to live near community amenities like coffee shops and markets that makes many New Orleans home buyers happy.
We’re lucky enough to have two Whole Food locations in NOLA, in the West Riverside neighborhood of Uptown, and in Mid-City, near the Lafitte Greenway.
Choose your favorite location and we’ll help you find the right place to call home in the Crescent City.
