From our very first conversation, I knew Heather was the perfect person to help us in our search for a New Orleans condo. Purchasing a property when you live 1,000 miles away can present its own challenges, but Heather made the entire process feel seamless.
After listening carefully to our needs and “must-haves,” Heather created a personalized search to help us find potential matches. Knowing we had only a few days in town to view properties, she went above and beyond to schedule appointments at every place we prioritized. We were so impressed by her knowledge of the New Orleans area and the different condo complexes. At the end of our trip, we discovered one more potential property, and Heather worked her magic to arrange a last-minute showing before we left town. She truly made it happen!
Throughout the process, Heather was incredibly responsive. Our calls and texts were always answered quickly, and she kept up informed every step of the way – from our initial offer through closing. We always felt that we could count on her.
Beyond her expertise and professionalism, it was Heather’s personality that made our experience so special. From the beginning, we felt we had found a friend, not just a real estate agent. She was always looking out for our best interests while also taking a genuine interest in us and our lives. That personal connection made what could have been a stressful process truly enjoyable.
Although we were thrilled to become New Orleans condo owners at closing, it was bittersweet knowing we wouldn’t be in touch with Heather quite as much. We feel incredibly fortunate to have worked with her – and even more fortunate to know we’ve gained a friend in New Orleans.
We cannot recommend Heather highly enough. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, dedicated, and genuinely cares about her clients, Heather is the person you want in your corner.
