No one is great at everything, not even you.

I saw the most succinct tweet from Barbara Corcoran about building a team and thought I’d share it with you because it’s the best advice I’ve seen in ages.

She’s right, you know. Have you ever done one of those SWOT analyses where you write down your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats? You’ve got to know what’s missing from your business in order to find the right people or organization that can help you fill that void.
