We all see the social posts touting “Sally Agent sold $1 million last month”. But there’s so much more to you than your production! In fact, I’d venture to say that since the average person doesn’t even understand how we get paid, they likely don’t understand that you didn’t MAKE $1 million last month.
While it’s a lot of fun to celebrate success, it’s the job of a broker to promote all of their agents, not just the top producers.
Here are some ideas for agent promotions that don’t involve boasting to people about how much money you make:
- Spotlight your newest listing
- Publicize the number of people you helped last month/quarter/year
- Celebrate your work anniversary or your birthday
- Revel in your community service
- Share posts from your business page to amplify your own messages
