I’ve been hearing over and over again that agents are not wearing masks when showing a property.

We’ve seen listing agents show up to open doors – with no mask.

We’ve seen buyer agents show up with clients – with no mask.

We’ve definitely been on the wrong side of a seller phone call, livid because agents and buyers were in their house – with no mask, even though the showing instructions clearly called for one (those Ring cameras will get you every time).

Now, I truly don’t care what your personal opinion is about a mask. I don’t care if you think your freedoms are being impinged upon. I don’t want to hear your arguments about the CDC changing the guidelines and recommendations for mask-wearing.

At the end of the day, both the governor and the mayor have made it very clear that everyone is to wear a mask in public. If you ain’t in your own house, put on the damned mask.
