Single Female Home Buyers Outnumber Males 2 to 1

The 2018 NAR (National Association of REALTORS) profile of home buyers & sellers gave us some really interesting news about single female home buyers.

In 2018, single ladies were 18% of home buyers, compared to 9% single male buyers. That means that twice as many single women are choosing to purchase their home rather than continue to rent.

We’ve seen a significant increase in the number of single female home buyers at Crescent City Living as well. These ladies made up over 15% of our 2018 client list.
