Living at 1107 S Peters #421

The studio layout provides flexibility in how you decide to use the space. Soaring 16-foot ceilings, wood floors, brick walls, wood ceilings and beams, and ample natural sunlight combine to make this cozy space live large.

The corner kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, range/oven, and dishwasher. Smart storage with modern white cabinets and shelving provides a place for everything.

The bathroom has a full tub/shower unit and there’s a space-saving pedestal sink.

There’s an amazing walk-in closet with storage drawers, plenty of shelving, and tiered hanging bars that allow you to tuck away everything behind closed doors.

1107 S Peters Building Amenities

The Federal Fibre Mills condo building is an old mill converted to condos in the 1980s. It has a modern exterior and a welcoming lobby. The resident fitness center is light-filled and offers a wide array of workout options.

The center courtyard has a brick-lined saltwater pool, mature landscaping with outdoor seating for the sun and shade, and chaise loungers for those lazy summer afternoons after you’ve finished grilling in the BBQ area.

What’s Nearby?

The location is phenomenal, with some of the best restaurants, galleries and museums, and things to do in the city. Grab a cocktail, have dinner, tour the WWII museum, and shop at the Riverwalk all without leaving your neighborhood.

What do the owners love about this unit?

It is a loft but one of the selling points for us was the view, especially at nighttime, of the park across the street, the convention center, and of the bridge.  Sometimes we’re able to see the cruise ships on the river. Great view of fireworks when they have them. After a long day, the view is very relaxing and we chose it since it was not just a view of the parking lot or the street alley. The nightlife is incredible and there are so many restaurants and things that you can walk to.
