Born in the Caribbean (Haiti), I grew up in Florida and moved to New Orleans in the year 2003. I obtained my BSW at Southern University in New Orleans in 2013 and I have been teaching in the city of New Orleans for eight years.
I am a nondenominational Christian who loves to worship aside from working with children. Though I am not a New Orleans native, I have spent a significant amount of time working and exploring the city. My favorite architectural style is Creole, which ties into my roots. My favorite place to wander around is in the Garden District, because the oak-shaded streets are lined with a diverse mix of homes, from single-family cottages to grand historic mansions.
In my spare time, you can find me spending time with my family, shopping, and in the French Quarter or City Park enjoying the outdoors.
