Here we are, in the final push to get things done before the New Year. The time of year when REALTORS take a look back at their business and plan forward for what’s to come.
It’s also the time of year when we get invited to mixers, cocktail parties, open houses, and other holiday soirees. So it’s super easy to put all of your eggs in the celebration basket and forget that the work you do today is the business that you’ll be closing in 60 days.
While I encourage you to take advantage of social opportunities (there haven’t been enough of those over the last 2 years, right??), I’d also caution you to remember that December is never a free-for-all, don’t-have-to-work month.
Buyers and sellers are hitting the internet in droves right now, trying to figure out their game plan for January, so the more you are in flow with your sphere, the more likely you’ll be the person they reach out to help them.
