How long will inspections take? The average inspections last 2-3 hours. You can always choose to let your agent handle the tedious portion of the inspections and show up at the end for the results and a consultation with the inspector.
Can you cancel your contract based on inspection results? Absolutely. Your real estate agent will provide guidance on how to handle repair requests or a cancellation of the contract.
