We’ve had lots of winners in our brokerage over the years but we’re super happy to announce that our broker, Lisa Heindel, was named the New Orleans Metro Association of REALTORS (NOMAR) Manager of the Year at the annual awards ceremony held at the Audubon Tea Room on April 14, 2023.
Agents nominate their managers and/or brokers for this honor every year and the things they had to say about Lisa were awesome!
I am not sure there is a smarter broker out there. If there is a rule, she knows it. If it’s in the contract, she has it memorized. So when we reach out to our broker, she can let us know every detail of the contract/rule/etc. Even if we are in the wrong, she guides us on how to be better or how to not get into a situation again.
To say she promotes professionalism would be an understatement – she’s the epitome of professionalism. She creates and promotes a high-integrity environment. She truly brings out the best in us.
She educates us not only on current matters but future things coming the way of Realtors and how that may affect us. Before it was even a thing, she was offering info on Chat GPT and AI. She is a coach, mentor, and so much more to the agents of our office. She wants us to be the BEST agents we can be and does so by educating and training regularly.
She guides us to set our goals, holds us accountable and cheers us on throughout the process! She encourages us to be the kind of agents we would want to work with, and stresses the importance of being professional with clients and fellow agents. She has spent countless hours and is dedicated to recruiting agents and making sure they
receive training- but in the office and in the field. She is a leader by example and a force in this industry!
She’s truly one of the best champions of her agents. Her focus is guiding & encouraging our growth.
She is always there for us, encourages us to use critical thinking skills, be agents we would want to work with, stresses the importance of education, and leads by example. She is really smart, savvy, and has a strong backbone!
