That’s why it’s disappointing when a vendor doesn’t hold up their end of the bargain. It’s a direct reflection on us if we’re the ones who recommended their services or referred a home buyer to them.
That lender who talks over both buyer and agent.
The home inspector who makes every little thing sound like it will be the cause of the house falling down.
The title company that forgets to notify anyone when there’s a delay in closing.

We have a long, long list of people that help us surprise and delight our clients. We’ve “got a guy” you can click to read more for just about any situation. Painting, roofing, pools, termites, power of attorney. The list goes on and on.
But when our guy (or gal) stops providing the kind of service that got them on the list to begin with? It’s time to rethink the list.
