- Those really nice people at the builder’s sales office? They work for the builder and do not represent you or your best interests. If there’s a new home you’d like to know more about, ask your agent to accompany you to the site.
- Inspections are still a must. No home is perfect, not even a new one, so we highly recommend you still do a thorough home inspection before closing. Again, ask your agent about how inspections protect you.
