Gentilly: New Orleans Neighborhood Video
The latest addition to our library of New Orleans videos comes in the form of a visit to Gentilly, one of our largest neighborhoods. It’s also one of the most affordable areas left in the city and is home to a wide variety of architecture, including some great Arts and Crafts inspired homes.
Covering a huge area, the neighborhood stretches from Bayou St. John all the way to the Inner Harbor Canal and is bounded on the north by Lake Pontchartrain.
Visit the Milneburg lighthouse, play golf at Pontchartrain Park, take a class at UNO or ride your bike down Lakeshore Drive and into City Park. You’ll find plenty to do in this lovely NOLA neighborhood.
