Whole Foods does a ton of market research before opening a new location. They already know whether there is a client base in the neighborhood. They also know if a location will open them up to a new or expanded client base.

That said, there’s something about choosing to live near community amenities like coffee shops and markets that makes many New Orleans home buyers happy.
