Belle Chasse Home Price Trends
While the number of available of properties and sales have dropped, average sold prices were up substantially in the first quarter of 2015. Most of this increase is due to a handful of new construction sales rather than resales, since new homes are in a higher price range.
In 2014, the most active price ranges were $150,000-$200,000 and $300,000-$350,000.
In 2015, the most active price range has been $250,000-$300,000.

While average prices may seem to be on the rise, the demand for homes between $200,000 and $300,000 remains the strongest part of the Belle Chasse real estate market.
