Kim Kantrow isn’t from New Orleans, but between her ‘Midwest nice’ and her love of all things NOLA, you’d never know it. Ask her about the city she’s called home since 1997, and she’ll tell you about the historic architecture and how each home and neighborhood has its own unique style. But most importantly, she will tell you about the people – their warmth, quirkiness, joy, and love of food. As she says, we love to spend time eating while talking about what we are going to eat next.
Previously an interior decorator, Kim became a Realtor in 2005. Known for personal service before, during, and after each sale, she strives to make people feel good about the process of moving. Kim has a way of breaking things down into small steps so her clients always feel overjoyed and not overwhelmed. For her, it’s always more about the people than the sale.
Kim’s naturally patient and caring nature has led to her specializing in helping seniors downsize. Years ago, Kim found that many of her senior clients needed a higher level of service that was outside the normal real estate transaction. While not 100% of her business, most of her clients are seniors and their families, navigating the move to a condo or an independent/assisted living community. Kim’s carefully curated network of resources and partners ensures that each of her senior clients feels cared for throughout the process.
Trustworthy, discrete, and quick to laugh, Kim Kantrow is a strong advocate, an effective negotiator, and provides an experienced voice in the New Orleans real estate market. She would be honored to help you with your next move.
Kim and her husband are two empty nesters living in the New Orleans area. She has a passion for family, her Shih Tzu, Phoebe, and regular wine dates on the patio with her mother-in-law.
