Magnolia Trace Home Sales
Today’s review is of Magnolia Trace home sales over the last 5 years. While there are never a large number of sales in this established West Bank neighborhood, owners will be happy to know that total sales have been steadily increasing since 2012 and average sale prices took a pretty substantial jump in 2015.
After ending 2014 at $371,800, the average sold price increased by 20% in 2015. This is a trend we are seeing in multiple West Bank neighborhoods as prices in the city proper continue to rise at a rapid increasing rate.
